What does the LTD include/ not include?
The lifetime deal includes all current features of Re-Image and all future features on our roadmap. Each plan includes unlimited bandwidth and transformations. What it does not include is AI based features such as AI auto tagging of uploaded assets or AI smart cropping.
What is URL-based transformation?
URL-based transformation allows you to modify and optimize your media files (e.g., resizing, cropping, or adding effects) directly via URL parameters, on the fly.
Why is Re-image more affordable?
Re-image avoids bandwidth-heavy API calls, reducing operational costs. This allows us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on performance.
Will we get product updates?
Yes, any feature update that's made to the plan you purchase will be honoured and added to your plan, for the duration of that plan's life.
What's the process to get a refund?
